HR Manager
Project Yan is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to support international HR operations for remote teams. You will play a key role in talent management, employee engagement, and aligning HR strategy with our clients’ global business goals. If you're passionate about creating efficient HR systems and building positive work cultures, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Develop and implement HR policies compliant with international standards
Support clients with remote workforce setup and retention strategies
Monitor performance, manage feedback cycles, and resolve conflicts
Collaborate with legal and operations teams for contract and compliance matters
Foster a strong and inclusive remote work culture
Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR management or HRBP roles
Strong understanding of international labor practices and remote work environments
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
Experience with HR software or systems (e.g., BambooHR, Personio) is preferred
