We’re looking for a talented Marketing & Communication Specialist to join Project Yan’s remote team. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing creative campaigns, managing online presence, and ensuring clear, consistent messaging for our international clients across industries. This role blends strategy, content, and communication to drive engagement and growth.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social, email, SEO, PPC)
Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email newsletters
Develop internal and external communication strategies
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams
Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging
Requirements
2+ years of experience in marketing, communication, or related roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar
Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
Additional language skills (e.g., French, Dutch, German) are a big plus
